Innovative Wastewater Solutions can assist with your subdivision plans by conducting detailed site assessments for lot categorization and provide a detailed account of the soil and groundwater conditions which may have a significant impact the design and function of your on-site sewage disposal system. All subdivision applications involving the development of more than five lots from a single parcel of land require the services of a Professional Engineer to conduct the site assessment and provide the lot categorization. The engineering team at Innovative Wastewater Solutions Inc. can handle all of your site assessment and lot categorization needs from a single lot to a multiple lot subdivision.

Innovative Wastewater Solutions Inc. are an authorized sales and service provider of Norweco® wastewater treatment products, which allows us to offer cutting edge wastewater treatment technologies at an affordable price. The Singulair Green aerobic treatment system incorporates Norweco’s advanced aerobic treatment process, proven in hundreds of thousands of installations for decades, into a durable, watertight polyethylene tank. Single tank convenience; the Singulair Green contains pretreatment, aeration, clarification, filtration, flow equalization, optional disinfection and de-chlorination all in one compact treatment unit. Designed for domestic wastewater flows up to 600 gallons per day, the Singulair Green treatment unit is certified to NSF Standard 40 and our Bio-Kinetic system is certified as a chlorine disinfection device to NSF Standard 46. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) have certified and/or listed all electro-mechanical equipment and components. These listings provide the highest safety, reliability and quality.

Norweco’s Singulair R3 Green treatment system incorporates our advanced water reuse technology into a durable, watertight polyethylene tank. The Singulair R3 Green water reuse system REDUCES water consumption, REUSES treated effluent and RECYCLES water to conserve and recharge our water resources. It provides the cutting-edge solution to chronic water shortages and reduces energy costs associated with water and wastewater treatment. The system quietly, efficiently and automatically treats all incoming wastewater to the highest level for restricted indoor and unrestricted outdoor use. According to the American Water Works Association, 84% of residential water is used for non-potable applications. By using the R3 system and following local building code, a homeowner can expect to dramatically reduce water usage.
With unrivaled performance, the Singulair R3 Green system exceeds the effluent requirements of NSF/ANSI Standards 40, 245 and 350. NSF Standard 350 is the standard for water reuse for non-potable applications, including unlimited outdoor use and restricted indoor use. Rated Class R through successful completion of NSF/ANSI Standard 350 test protocol, the Singulair R3 Green system effluent averages 5.0 mg/L CBOD, 4.6 mg/L TSS, 2.3 NTU turbidity and 2 MPN/100 ml E. coli. The system simultaneously met all requirements of NSF/ANSI Standard 245 by reducing total nitrogen 66% to an average of 14.4 mg/L.
Due to its outstanding performance, the Singulair R3 Green qualifies for Green Building credits under both the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) ICC 700 National Green Building Standard. The Singulair R3 Green is eligible for 2 points from the US Green Building Council under the LEED BD+C: New Construction v.3 program, and earns 20 points from the NAHB/ICC/ASHRAE 700-2015 National Green Building Standard.

Singulair Green is warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service by a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty and Exchange Program. The 3-year Limited Warranty and Lifetime Exchange Program covers all electro-mechanical components in the system. An impressive list of installations including the Army Corps of Engineers, FHA, Department of Energy, numerous Fortune 500 firms, the Atomic Energy Commission, Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Natural Resources and USEPA funded projects demonstrate the field proven acceptability of Norweco's products. When you purchase a Norweco® Singulair Green tank from Innovative Wastewater Solutions Inc. our trained professionals will provide regular follow-up inspections to ensure that your system is functioning at its optimum capacity. Service inspections will be conducted on a bi-annual basis for the first two years after installation at no charge to you. Additional service inspections and maintenance packages are available at the end of the two-year term.
